Kunal Kamra has once again taken a jab at Ola and its founder, Bhavish Aggarwal, by mocking Ola's response to customer complaints.

He pointed out that Ola Electric hasn't shared any plans for refunds or set a deadline for resolving current customer issues.

"We don’t even know if there is a plan. All I can do is let @bhash know that he needs to announce a public plan that doesn’t involve hiring me," Kamra wrote in a post on X (formerly Twitter) on Thursday.

Earlier this month, a heated exchange occurred between Aggarwal and Kamra on X about Ola's after-sales service and quality.

The controversy began when Kamra reacted to Aggarwal's post, which included a photo of Ola's gigafactory.

Kamra responded with an image of several Ola Electric scooters parked together, appearing to wait for servicing.

In reply, Aggarwal called Kamra a "failed stand-up comic" and labeled his post as a "paid one," insisting that Ola Electric is quickly expanding its service network and will resolve all backlogs “soon.”

After the argument between Kunal Kamra and Bhavish Aggarwal, Ola's stock price went down. On October 8, shares of Ola Electric Mobility dropped by 6 percent because the company got a notice from the Central Consumer Protection Authority (CCPA).

The notice was about claims that Ola had been misleading people with its advertisements and unfair practices.

The stock price fell to ₹85.21, which was the fourth day in a row that it lost value on the BSE. On the NSE, the stock also went down by 5.30 percent, ending at ₹86.
